Arrivals must be during campsite opening hours. In the event of late arrival, the customer must notify the campsite team of their return by email or telephone no later than midday on the day of arrival.

The departure times are as follows:
- For rentals : before 10:00 a.m. unless you have subscribed to the Cleaning package before 9:00 a.m.
- For pitches : before 11:30 a.m.
The arrival times are as follows :
Low season : from 15 may to 6 july and from 24 august to 23 september
- For rentals : from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- For the pitches : from 2 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.
High season : from 7 july to 23 august
- For rentals: from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- For the pitches: from 1:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Our accommodations are not equiped with air co :
- Air co has a very bad impact on climate because it increases the outside air temperature.
- We are certified EU ECOLABEL engaged in climate protection.
WI-FI is available free of charge throughout the campsite but limited (2 connections per family), Lac d’Annecy Camping considerably limits WI-FI waves, to protect biodiversity.
Any rental request made by a minor or including unaccompanied minors and their legal representative cannot be accepted.
Only class 1 vehicles are accepted.
Class 2 and 3 vehicles are prohibited in mobile home parking spaces.
