Nice camp nice easy access to cycle path

Big camping place; clean sanitary

We had a good holiday

Everything was clean, bathrooms regularly cleaned, pool without dirt, friendly staff, opportunity to eat in a restaurant at the camping and bread in the morning.

Great stay thanks, we will be back! A couple of suggestions- have a snack bar open for drinks & food in the afternoon & maybe a ‘to go’ area for food in the evening. Unfortunately the hot water didn’t come through despite running it for approx 10 mins and when it did warm up slightly it then went cold again whilst showering. This also applied to washing up. Overall the site was pleasant and the pools were very welcome in the heat. The sanitary block was good as there was never a queue for a shower but the toilets and showers needed more frequent cleaning and the complete and constant lack of toilet paper was a problem as was the sole soap dispenser which was permanently broken. Not hygienic at all.

Best campsite we have stayed on by far in Annecy ! Lovely size with gorgeous views. And just a short cycle ride to literally everything directly from the site. Pitches are spacious, but not very shaded and doesn’t provide a lot of privacy. Sanitary blocks are well furnished and clean. The pool is lovely. Restaurant offers a very limited choice of food

Site is small and probably too small for big touring outfits to get in. Cleanliness is above average. You do get road noise but you'll get that on any lake Annecy campsite. Overpriced restaurant. Shower and toilets are not worth four stars. The quality of animation is terrible. Nothing to do in the evening and nothing organised for older kids and adults.

A family-friendly campsite with a very friendly staff at a beautiful location at the lake of Annecy.

We enjoyed our stay on your camp site. Only arrival before 19.00 was stressful and phone number was unreachable. Animation only in French was sometimes hard to understand. But the kids and we enjoyed.

We enjoyed our stay, the camping site was lovely and friendly and facilities were clean and easy to use.

Site was on a bus route, stop right outside , had to give €70 deposit for fob to get in and out after hours , bread and croissants for sale on site didn’t use restaurant as it was shut when we wan...Site was on a bus route, stop right outside , had to give €70 deposit for fob to get in and out after hours , bread and croissants for sale on site didn’t use restaurant as it was shut when we wanted to use it , Given a toilet roll when checking in to so don’t forget it when you need the toilet, found most of my showers warm but some days it was cold no hot water but we where in middle of a heat wave 35 degrees, all in all enjoyed our stay if we went again to this area we would use this site .

The restaurant was closed which we did not find out until we arrived. One of the pools was closed. The water connection was ground level and very dirty.

We really enjoyed our stay at Camping International Du Lac D'Annecy! The Mobil-Home was very good isolated, we did not hear any noise from outside.

This campsite was clean and well ordered . It sits next to A bakery and a cycle path which takes you safely into Annecy and provides access to some lovely swimming spots . Good views from the Ecolodg...This campsite was clean and well ordered . Good views from the Ecolodge RAP1 which was clean comfortable and well equipped . Shame it sits next to a busy road which is only really evident I found early in the morning . The showers are great with good water pressure . I lost my shower key which cost me 25 euro , my own fault , but just a warning not to leave it behind ! You probably won’t find it back ! This is a good value for money campsite but if I come to Annecy again , I’d probably look for a more tranquil setting . The manager and the receptionist were both helpful and friendly .

It is a 5 star camping, but it did not feel like this the only restaurant / bar open late, not already in de morning for a cup of coffee or a good lunch . I know that a lot of the customers will ea...It is a 5 star camping, but it did not feel like this the only restaurant / bar open late, not already in de morning for a cup of coffee or a good lunch . I know that a lot of the customers will eat something in their caravan or... but if it is good wether and the terrace is cosy and nice to be on, it will be more nicer than it was now. Maybe due to COVID it was different but.... And there was a lot of noise till late....

Great stay at the campsite. Nearest beach is 2.3 km instead 1 km. Sometimes in the evening to mutch noise. Swimmingpool is fantastisch.

Very nice camp near to the lake and very kind staff. We will for sure visit this Camp again. We love the place, swimming in the lake, hiking in the mountains and biking round the lake.

Pleasant stay in a nice mobile-home with a good large terrace. We missed a cosy table lamp inside for the evening. Loved the pool. Cleanest pool we have been to, and there are 2 of them! Very clean facilities and staff very helpful. Liked being right on the bike path.

We had a very nice bungalow, the TAOS, with the highest price. I think, the other once are also good. The Service was unfortunately not very good. The swimmingpool is very old and not nice. The beds are also old. We just enjoyed our bungalow and the very nice lake with cristalblue water!

This campsite was adequate for our needs. A little frustrating that reception closed at 7pm and didn't open until 8.30am especially when we left but I deduced the post box was for shower keys to be re...This campsite was adequate for our needs. A little frustrating that reception closed at 7pm and didn't open until 8.30am especially when we left but I deduced the post box was for shower keys to be returned 25 euro deposit for each so was keen to get this back. shower block and toilets always clean VERY happy with this . Water was hot and good pressure. Campsite was literally on the cycle path so perfect for our cycle needs. A great place loved it !!!

Very nice campsite, and a staff very friendly. The site can be noisy at night, depends where you are situated, if close to bar & people are up late enjoying themselves this can be distributive. Second time staying, stayed last summer. Great site and perfect location. Only issue this time was the restaurant food was poor and tasteless. Pizzas were tasteless, last year the restaurant was good.

I have stayed at many campsites across Europe over many years. This by far the worst value for money I have ever experienced and possibly the most expensive campsite I have ever stayed on. But again, it is very expensive for the basic food that it delivers. The sanitary block is ok, sometimes lacking hot water. They are cleaned frequently. There is no shop and I am puzzled why or how the campsite is 4* and doesn’t have a shop. The pitches are large and spacious and will cater for most outfits. It didn’t feel cramped, which is a big positive. Overall, the site is just too expensive for what it is.

The site is a great place. cycling path is straight from site and u can get everywhere very central. The only thing was the restaurant/cafe/bar wasn't open till the evening

The price was too high, compared to other Villages. We had much bigger expectations about the location of the campsite, the animation and the services offered.

Lovely stay this year again, we are glad we chose to come again.

Compliments to all the staff for working the best out of it. Unfortunatly is specially the swimmingpool out-dated. Its not heated (as aspected). The Floor in and next to swimmingpool is awfull.

Not the best for a motor home but great stay nonetheless

We stayed at a PLP and booked linnen for the beds and also cleaning of the home. First of all, the linnen turned out to be fancy paper - it felt and looked very cheap. First of all, the linnen turned out to be fancy paper - it felt and looked very cheap. I understand that it is easy for the cleaning lady, but for us it felt really bad. Like something you would use in a shelter for homeless people and not something you charge 34 euro's for. Second, we payed for the cleaning after departure. Turned out that because we did that, we also had to check out one hour earlier. But arrival is at 15.00, so I do not see the need for us to leave at 0900. I really don't think the cleaning lady was at our PLP at 0910. This is a "modèle de rémunération" for your business, but it felt a bit like a punishment for us. You pay extra to clean the house? OK, than you have to leave an hour before the other people... :-( Small suggestions: a clock at the swimming pool would be very much appreciated and a pair of scissors in the PLP would be nice. We have a lovely stay and we enjoyed your camping and the PLP. I hope you can use my comments to make the experience of future guests even better.

A good Place to stay. Unfortunatly a busy street nearby. Opening hours of the pool could be longer in the afternoon.
